I’ve worn a lot of hats out there — biological field technician, surveyor maintaining Public Land Survey System monumentation, wildfire lookout living on top of a mountain. I’ve worked on habitat restoration and conservation projects, as an environmental educator, and as a trail worker. I have a background in Systems Science and GIS, and I’ve traveled thousands of backcountry miles backpacking, paddling, climbing mountains, rappelling down canyons — working, living, and playing off the grid.
